Refund policy
DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
At Novoskin Medspa, we are committed to offering only the highest quality skincare products. For health and safety reasons—and to maintain product integrity—all skincare product sales are final and non-refundable once opened or used.
We only accept returns in the following cases:
• Defective or damaged product: If you receive a defective or damaged item during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Photo evidence of the damage and return of the product will be required to process a replacement or store credit.
• Shipping error: If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours so we can correct the issue promptly.
Return conditions:
• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase or delivery.
Exclusions:
• Returns are not accepted for opened, used, or unpackaged items.
• Returns are not accepted after the stated period.

• Full name
• Order or invoice number
• Reason for return
• Photo evidence (if applicable)
